Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy explains how Sharjah Lab Tests handles data when you browse the website, submit a consultation request, or follow an external contact link.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics cookies. Google may process technical identifiers, device information, page usage and approximate location, including outside the UAE. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can decline or withdraw consent using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. This integration does not send consultation form fields to Google.
Data processed by this website
Hosting and analytics services may process limited technical data such as device and browser type, visited pages, approximate location, and non-identifying usage events. When you submit the consultation form, we process your name, email address, phone number, optional message, and the website domain recorded as the lead source. We do not sell this data or use health notes for targeted advertising.
Consultation requests and lead source
Your browser sends the consultation form directly to the approved webhook. If you have selected lab tests, their names are included in the message. The current website domain is generated automatically as the lead source; it is not a field you can enter or edit, and submitting the form does not itself confirm an appointment. If delivery fails, the form keeps the entered values, reports the failure, and allows another attempt.
Consultation, WhatsApp and phone controls
Consultation buttons open the shared form on this website. WhatsApp and phone controls open external services. This website does not send a WhatsApp message automatically; you decide whether to continue. WhatsApp, Meta, or the healthcare provider you choose then process information under their own privacy policies, potentially outside the UAE.
Health information
Do not enter records, identification, prescriptions, or sensitive results in the consultation form or send them over WhatsApp unless a licensed provider requests them through an appropriate secure channel. This website is not an emergency service and does not maintain a medical record.
Retention, security and processors
Consultation requests are retained under the care team’s approved retention schedule and the receiving system’s settings, and are deleted or restricted when no longer operationally or legally required. Vercel, the analytics provider, the approved webhook receiver and WhatsApp/Meta may process information outside the UAE depending on the production setup. We use HTTPS and reasonable access controls, but no electronic transmission method is completely secure.

You may ask about technical data associated with your use, or request correction or deletion where applicable, by calling 058 599 2494. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children and changes
A parent or guardian should handle contact concerning anyone under 18. Material changes will be published here with a new revision date.
